Ciba, in crisi strutturale da anni e con un business che si è andato deteriorando nel tempo per i costi sempre più alti che hanno eroso i già magri utili, alla fine è stata rilevata da uno dei suoi più grandi concorrenti storici.
Almeno in questo caso, le leggi del libero mercato hanno avuto la loro giusta causa.
